This Privacy Policy explains how IHQ 360 Technologies, LLC (“Company”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the IHQ360 Platform.

1. Information Collected

We may collect:

  • Account and user information
  • Business and client data uploaded by Users
  • Files, documents, images, and media
  • Technical data (IP address, device, session data)
  • Electronic signature metadata

2. Use of Information

Information is used to:

  • Operate and maintain the Platform
  • Authenticate users
  • Provide support
  • Enable integrations
  • Improve functionality
  • Protect security
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Integrations, Payments & Webhooks

The Platform may integrate with:

  • Google Calendar – IHQ360 accesses Google Calendar to create, update, and delete scheduling events on behalf of authenticated team members. Events include job appointments and availability blocks. No calendar data is read, stored, or used for any purpose other than displaying availability within the platform.
  • Google Drive – IHQ360 accesses Google Drive to store files generated by the platform, including inspection reports, invoices, signed documents, and photos. The app only creates and accesses files it generates — it never reads, modifies, or deletes files created outside of IHQ360. Drive data is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond file storage for the user’s account.
  • Stripe
  • User-configured payment processors
  • Custom webhooks and API integrations

Google API Disclosure

IHQ360’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Payments

If Stripe is used:

  • Payment data is processed by Stripe;
  • The Company does not store full credit card numbers.

If a User connects their own processor:

  • The User is responsible for all payment compliance and verification;
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for payment processing.

Webhooks

When webhooks are enabled:

  • Data is transmitted to systems designated by the User;
  • The Company does not control or secure external systems;
  • Responsibility for downstream use remains with the User.

4. Administrative Access

Authorized Company personnel may access accounts for support, troubleshooting, security, or configuration assistance.


5. Data Storage & Retention

  • Data is stored on managed infrastructure;
  • No guaranteed retention period;
  • Users are responsible for retaining records.

6. Data Sharing

Data may be shared:

  • With service providers supporting Platform operations;
  • With integrations enabled by the User;
  • To comply with law;
  • In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Data Security

Reasonable safeguards are used. Absolute security is not guaranteed.


8. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for lawful data use, obtaining consent, and compliance with applicable privacy laws.


9. Children

The Platform is not intended for users under 18.


10. Changes

This Policy may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
